Layered cabbage (Rakott káposzta)

Heat up 2 16 oz cans of sauerkraut with some olive oil or Crisco.
Cook 1 cup of rice 
In frying pan cook 1-1/2 lb. hamburger meat w/one chopped onion
Add 2-3 T paprika at end of cooking the meat and onion  (we probably add more)
Cut two big loops of polska kielbasa sausage (or 3 loops of gyulai, if you can get it) into 1/4 ” rounds
2 c sour cream added to and mixed with 1/2 c milk

Layer these ingredients thus:
1/2 of sauerkraut
1/2 of meat mixture
1/2 of rice
1/2 of sausage 1/2 of sour cream

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min covered

Yummmmm!!  Even better the next day, reheated!
