Dear Christine –
Thank you for shepherding us, Forever Young Hungarian Americans of Washington, for many years so warmly and lovingly. We have truly enjoyed the opportunities to connect with others of similar experience and to speak our native language. I know that I write also for those of us who, like you, were not Hungarian but connected by family ties. We can only hope that your place will be taken by someone who will honor you by keeping the group vibrantly alive. Thank you also for your love and support for our friend Alex, especially during his difficult recent times; it enabled him to remain an active member of our group and of the Association in general. Your leadership will be missed.
