Forgatós is excited to have restarted in-person rehearsals on October 16! The last time our group was able to meet and dance was back in March 2020. For the past year and a half, we’ve only been able to practice via Zoom, which is not a great way to learn couples dances.
We expect this coming season to be a rebuilding year. We’ll be bringing back some old dances, as well as learning new material. While we have fewer members than before the pandemic, we’re excited some new dancers will be joining us this year!
If you are interested in joining Forgatós and learning Hungarian folk dances, we hold rehearsals on Saturday mornings from 10 am until noon at the Phinney Neighborhood Association. Due to COVID-19 protocols at Phinney, capacity is limited, so please contact us at email@example.com if you’re interested in attending.
